Somatic Coaching & Peer Support
Transform your life with somatic coaching for ambitious neurodivergent adults embracing unconventional life paths.
The Work
I HOLD SPACE FOR YOU TO CREATE A LIFE THAT DEEPLY SUPPORTS YOUR NEEDS
While I've been trained in various modalities, somatic healing is the crux of my work. Life can be challenging to navigate, especially as a late diagnosed AuDHD adult, intimacy, relationships, and kink even more so. I would be honored to hold space for you to discover all aspects of your sexuality, orientation, and desires.

Somatic
coaching
My name is Lexi, a professional somatic coach who works mostly with neurodivergent adults (who have ADHD and/or are Autistic) who want to embrace their personal wiring, so that they can effectively minimize stress and dramatically enhance their sense of well-being in and out of relationships while meeting their goals and living a life that works for them.
My coaching approach is holistic, somatic, non-judgmental and non-pathologizing. As a coach I am fully committed to facilitating a space where my clients feel empowered to bring up anything they with to address in our partnership.
Alongside my professional training (breath work trainings, yoga teacher trainings, somatic experiencing training) I draw from a plethora of lived experience as a late diagnosed AuDHD woman who only discovered her neurodiversity in the midst of burnout after a toxic relationship at 30 years old.
The core tenant of my approach is that there is NOTHING wrong with us. We are whole and we can use whatever labels feel good to us and we get to be seen, heard and supported through our experiences which are valid. We deserve support in cultivating lives enriched with joy, play, pleasure, fulfillment and that minimize our stressors.
My coaching practice is also intersectional in it’s approach and proudly affirm all my clients who might use some of the following labels: LGBTQIA+, queer, non-binary, transgender, gender-nonconforming, intersex, aromantic, kinky, non monogamous, polyamorous, sex workers, non-traditional and so many more.
